Slowdown in global internet access

An analysis of UN data contained in a yet to be published report in November, by the Web Foundation, shows that the growth of internet access around the world has slowed dramatically. New data suggests that the digital revolution will remain a distant dream for billions of the poorest and most isolated people on the planet.
