The Swedish data protection authority has fined 35.000 euros a Swedish website that published personal data of all Swedish nationals above the age of 16 -for infringement of the Credit Information Act and the GDPR. The website (Mrkoll.se) had carried out credit information activity (such as payment default) in a way that was not in compliance with the law.
