Amendments of the .UA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy are now in force, making it  possible to consider domain disputes on third-level domains (.COM.UA). WIPO amended the UDRP for .UA to enable the right holders more effective protection of their intellectual property rights in domain names with gTLDs .COM.UA.
