Leading domain registries and registrars release framework on addressing DNS abuse

Several major registrars and registries, including Public Internet Registry, Tucows and GoDaddy, released a framework to address Domain Name System (DNS) abuse. The Framework identifies five broad categories of DNS abuse: malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, and spam. It also identifies the roles registrars and registries serve in addressing them.
