WIPO's Arbitration and Mediation Center is the only non-Chinese entity to provide domain name dispute resolution services for the .CN and .Öйú (China) country code Top-Level Domain (ccTLD), as of August 1, 2019. Chinese ccTLD is among the largest in the world with over 22 million registered domain names.
