India's State of Bihar Education Department launched free online teacher's training aimed at improving the quality of learning and teaching at government schools. The course has been developed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in collaboration with the non-profit organisation Mantra4Change. Out of two courses on offer, one course is designed for continuing professional development while another for specific subject expertise.
