謹公告香港商易安信電腦系統遠東有限公司台灣分公司營業讓與荷蘭商戴爾企業股份有限公司台灣分公司於2021年8月1日生效

Whereas Dell completed the acquisition of EMC Corporation, and Dell Technologies Inc. was established in September 2016, Dell's and EMC's presence in Taiwan is to be consolidated. Effective as of 1 August 2021, the business operations of EMC Computer Systems (FE) Limited, Taiwan Branch ("EMC, Taiwan Branch") will be transferred to Dell BV., Taiwan Branch ("Dell BV, Taiwan Branch") to improve the competitiveness and optimize the quality of services. With respect to the contracts, to which EMC, Taiwan Branch is a party and which have not expired or otherwise terminated, and have not been fully performed as of 1 August 2021, including those made between EMC, Taiwan Branch and its customers, partners or vendors, Dell BV, Taiwan Branch will assume all rights, obligations and liabilities of EMC, Taiwan Branch under such contracts as a result of the transfer of business operations. In addition, EMC, Taiwan Branch will be discharged of the contractual obligations and liabilities thereunder pursuant to the relevant laws. If there is any question, please contact your EMC Taiwan Branch representative directly.

緣西元（下同）2016年9月戴爾完成收購易安信並成立戴爾科技公司（Dell Technologies Inc.），戴爾與易安信於台灣之業務將進行整合。自2021年8月1日起，香港商易安信電腦系統遠東有限公司台灣分公司（下稱「易安信台灣分公司」）將移轉其營業予荷蘭商戴爾企業股份有限公司台灣分公司（下稱「戴爾台灣分公司」）以提升集團競爭力及優化服務品質。有關以易安信台灣分公司作為一方契約當事人，且於2021年8月1日仍未失效或終止，且尚未履行完畢之各項契約，包括易安信台灣分公司與其客戶、合作夥伴或者供應商間所簽訂之契約，將因營業讓與而由戴爾台灣分公司承受該等契約之各項權利、義務、責任。另易安信台灣分公司原於該等契約之義務與責任亦將因此而依法以免除。若有任何問題，歡迎逕行洽詢您的易安信台灣分公司業務代表。
