HP Power of Print 2021
Publish Time: 01 Jan, 1970

Today, we are thrilled to gather with our industry analyst community to kick off our 4th annual Power of Print industry analyst event. This is one of my favorite events of the year, when we come together with our respected industry analyst community and have important conversations around the market trends, innovation and future of print.

While we wish we could be together in person, as we have in past years, we are grateful for the opportunity to come together virtually. Since the Power of Print event last January, the world has changed. 2020 was a year like no other, with challenges none of us could have predicted.

The pandemic has reinforced what we have always believed -printing is essential and our industry is resilient. Printing is essential to learn better, to create business, to perform at our best. Today, my team and I will share an update on our printing business, how we continue to help our customers and partners adapt to the "new normal", and the strategic investments we are making to address the changing needs of our customers.

We are also making a few exciting announcements today:

  • HP introduced the new Latex 700 and 800 Series printers, which provide greater versatility and help Print Service Providers (PSPs) win big. The new range includes updated printheads and HP Eco Carton ink cartridges, taking performance and sustainability to the next level.  To learn more, click here.
  • HP announced availability of HP's LaserJet Enterprise 400 Series, HP's smallest enterprise printer providing seamless remote management and the world's most secure printing experience.  It's the best printer for today's distributed workforce.  For more on the LaserJet Enterprise 400 Series, click here.
  • HP unveiled market insights from a survey of 10,000 adults -conducted between January 2-9 in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Australia. Key findings show:
    • Quality, convenience, simplicity, and modernity are synonymous with HP.
    • Positive response to HP leadership in creating a more sustainable future for printing.
    • There is room to further educate people everywhere on printing security risks.
  • HP previewed  the results of its Bug Bounty program which validates the risk of third-party cartridges and underscores the value of HP Originals.

I'm excited about Print's future and the momentum we are building.  We believe that with the power of print, we can help people everywhere print a better world.
