At HP, we have long prided ourselves on putting people at the center of all that we do. Within the company, this means creating a diverse and inclusive culture where people from all walks of life can be their best self and do their best work.
"No matter our business, function, site, or team, we're part of a company where extremely talented professionals band together to explore what's possible, solve the complex, and invent what's next," said HP's Chief Human Resources Officer Tracy Keogh.
This mindset is fueling the reinvention of HP's business, and it's also garnering external recognition.
At the upcoming 17th annual American Business Awards, HP will take home two prestigious honors for HR excellence: the Gold Stevie Award for Human Resources Department of the Year, as well as Human Resources Executive of the Year honoring the leadership of our very own Tracy Keogh.
The American Business Awards are a premier business awards program, attracting thousands of nominations from organizations of all sizes across industries.
In a field of many great companies, the HP team set itself apart for its "robust strategic platform" and innovative work using digital media to attract, develop and retain top talent. "What stood out was the incredible employee engagement stats," noted one judge, signaling that HP is truly one of the world's best places to work.
"Great HR leaders build great HR teams," noted one American Business Awards judge. "Tracy Keogh is definitely someone everyone in the HR industry should know."
